This site collects nothing about you deliberately. It runs no analytics, sets no cookies, embeds no third-party content, and loads no fonts, scripts, or images from anywhere other than this domain. There is nothing here to consent to, which is why you were not asked.
Two things nonetheless involve personal data, and this page explains them.
Who is responsible
Chromasyn S.R.L., a company registered in Romania, is the controller. The full registration details are in the footer of every page. Questions about anything below can go to contact@chromasyn.com.
Server logs
The web server records each request it serves: your IP address, the time, the page requested, the referring page if your browser sent one, and your browser's user agent string. This is ordinary web server logging and is used to keep the site running and to identify abuse.
The legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — specifically, operating and securing the site. Logs are rotated daily and deleted after fourteen days. They are not used to build any profile, are not combined with anything else, and are not shared.
The site is hosted on a server located in Germany. No personal data is transferred outside the European Economic Area.
Email you send
If you write to the address published on this site, that message and your address are processed in order to reply and to carry on any resulting correspondence. The legal basis is legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f), or Article 6(1)(b) where the exchange concerns entering into a contract.
Correspondence is kept while it remains relevant to the business relationship, and longer where accounting or tax law requires it. Mail is handled by Proton AG, in Switzerland — a country the European Commission has recognised as providing an adequate level of data protection.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you may request access to the personal data held about you, its correction or erasure, restriction of its processing, or a copy in portable form, and you may object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest. Write to contact@chromasyn.com and you will get an answer within one month.
If you are not satisfied with the response, you may complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, the Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal (dataprotection.ro), or to the authority where you live or work.
